Unfortunately, this app doesn’t open up for me anymore. I am just glad that I never had any money on me and my husbands account. I don’t think we will be banking with you guys until this problem is issued. Thanks

Never been so sad to see an app go! I hope one day it will come back, even if it’s something else. It’s been awesome to use, me & my boyfriend loved it. Thank you for everything Ivella Team, especially the wonderful customer service. It will be missed!
Potentially useful information (as of April 15, 2024) that should be said up front: 1) 5.x teaser rate requires: a) 7$+ per month or b) direct deposit through third party app from employer. Otherwise you will be stuck at 1% APY 2) phone calls do not work on weekends 3) to delete the account you must send an email

I truly never leave reviews for any app just because I genuinely don’t find my input that important but I absolutely have to leave a review. My partner and I were going over finances and went to go check out our saving pods. When we go to login in we are denied and told our account was closed. I immediately begin to panic because we have money in there and I was scared we wouldn’t be able to get it back. I reached out to Ivella after Buisness hours and was nervously waiting for a response and knew I was probably going to have to wait until the next day and was really stressed. Within 40 minutes I had a reply, an answer as to what happened to our account, an our account was back up and we were able to access our funds again. I have never had such quick, efficient and professional response and action from any customer support…ESPECIALLY OUTSIDE OF BUSINESS HOURS!!…they truly know what they are doing and take pride in it! Just because this is a newer app please do not let it deter you! Give it a try and see if you like it as much! It also can’t hurt you that their savings pods off 5.15%apy!! Free money?? Absolutely for me!
Please advise people that there are fees for monthly subscription. You did not place that information on your platform. False advertising is wrong! So saying that there is no monthly fee or maintenance is not been transparent!
It was good at first and a great way to separate money for different things, but now I can’t even open the app or get my money back from it. I have a decent amount in there and need it back. Very upset and don’t know what to do.
The execution is almost there, but again some things are falling short which make the experience less polished than the first impression was. The app is genius but there’s still telling of a small start-up poking through in an app that otherwise gives the aura of a large company. Some outdated verbiage on their site about Ivella+ being $5/mo. If you’re using the split account, not joint, expect to pay $10/mo per partner if you want budget or savings features. I’m hopeful this changes since $20/mo/couple is very high and for most will negate the higher than average APY on the savings accounts. Debit card colors are not custom despite being shown as such online. Physical card design is much more standard than advertised and the cards are pretty flimsy. I’ll rarely use it so it’s fine, but the card design on their site is inaccurate at this time of writing. App has some bugs in the sign up process and during card activation but support has informed me those are being addressed.
What a horrible horrible company, after 6 months of holding my 2k hostage and not responding to ANY emails I posted on their discord. Looking for help and sharing my experience. Took them a few days to even notice. I was blocked (shaaaady) and magically now my moneys being returned. Be careful multiple fintech regulation organizations have open investigations into Ivella.
Ivella has been more than helpful with helping money manage, rebuild my credit, and allow a safe and convenient online banking experience.
