Some irrelevant things, but on the whole, very impressed
I’m very impressed with the new version of the app. Before, I wasn’t able to truly match my multi-rate smart meter to app, as this app didn’t have the functionality to accommodate date multi-rate meters, until this update of the app.
Also, there are some irrelevant things, like I don’t think the analysis of what you using energy for, really do relate to what you actually use. If you could put exactly how much particular appliances use, that would help. And, what are these points for? Other than getting Amazon vouchers? Not very useful if you hate global conglomerates…
Stopped working
The app has stopped working tried the delete the app and reinstall the same thing happens gets stuck on the start up screen then just crashes will update my review if they fix this

Not Completely Accurate
This is a really good app but it could be more accurate to get my 5 Stars.
Majority of the app is fairly close. However, one annoying aspect is, I have stated on my Home Profile that I cook on electric and yet, every. single. month. your activity insights show I’m cooking on Gas. Why?? If I have stated on my Home Profile, cooking is done by ELECTRICITY. Get it right, please!

If you try to change your password it doesn’t recognise your email address
You finally manage to change your password and it doesn’t recognise your new password , the app is junk.
Lost connectivity to my smart meter
Cannot access the app via my iPhone app, just get a blank screen
Just a blank screen
Have been using this app for many months with no issues but in the past few weeks I’ve had days where no data can be retrieved and now when I sign in, all I get is a blank screen. Is this connected to the ‘bug fixes’ that were implemented a few weeks ago? Something seems to have gone wrong.
Rubbish
It doesn’t work. 4 days waiting for the data and nothing happens. Deleted.
Tariff now wrong
This used to work but recently the tariff that’s been set up is not observed. Yesterday for instance I only used 9kw at 7.5p and it’s decided this cost £2.52 which is a rate of 28.52 per kw ( my peak rate) . I’m not sure why it’s doing this as I changed nothing ………
App crashes or slow to start
iPhone 15 pro max on 17.5.1. App crashes on start or if it makes it, it takes an awful lot to start.
Not accurate enough
Sorry but I am really struggling with this app. (1) it doesn’t update the figures on a daily basis properly. It just gets stuck. I am finding you only get the day before figures if you delete and re load the app. No there is not a problem with my internet before you ask. (2) I haven’t used any gas for central heating since mid January ‘24, but the app is insisting that virtually all the gas I used in feb and mar was for central heating, and only 1% was for water heating. It is actually 100% water heating only. For April I changed the setting to say “other” for central heating the house, to try and stop it saying I was using gas for heating, BUT it still says I used 75% for central heating and 25% water heating for April. The problem with the app getting this wrong is that in the summer the app is going to expect me to use less central heating, and my “expected” targets will be unachievable as I am already not using any gas for central heating. I cannot reduce the amount of gas I use for water heating, unless I take up cold showers. I appreciate I don’t use a lot of gas compared to other people, but this app just doesn’t appear to be able to differentiate between water and central heating at all.
My personal details and tarrif info are all correct on the app as well, so please don’t tell me to update it, it is correct.
