I enjoyed the app in its first year, but I can’t take the incessant curated furry content showing up in the Explore tab. Thankfully, I can block people, but it’s never ending. It’s really weird that they promote so much sexual fetish content. I have to assume that the developers, or someone on their team, is really into furries.

This is my only problem with Ivory. A lot of pictures and movies don’t get picked up. Not sure if it is a server problem. The place holder is there but it doesn’t get filled with content. Not even after restart of the app. After checking it with some other Mastodon clients, they show what I’m missing in Ivory.

Tweetbot user of the first hour. Not a hard decision. Now it just needs to support the fediverse better and not just mastodon. The start is already good as a Twitter replacement, now it has to grow into the fediverse and that needs a bit of time. Keep up the good work!

I love Ivory! It is like Tweetbot, but then for Mastodon. The same premium experience. I have been using Mastodon much more often, now that I have a client for it that I love using. It feels like I have been using it for years. At this moment I miss a quote button, but it will be a matter of time before it will be introduced, I am sure. Also, more than happy to pay the 18 EUR a year. The developers deserve it. I understand the pricing is not for everyone, but I feel it is alright.

Just like Tweetbot did for Twitter, Ivory gives you a premium experience with Mastodon. The client, although right now not yet feature complete, makes every interaction with Mastodon feel solid. A client worth every penny.
