When ever things are helpful and when everything is going right. This app decides to change it to justify somebody’s job. For someone that uses it out of necessity this is one of the worse platforms someone could use. If there was a selection for zero stars that’s what I would rate this app. Please read this and DO NOT fall into the same trap my company did when we got this. One of the most horrible and pathetic work related thing we deal with.

iPhone 13 Pro max. Crashes now and won’t open. App just closes after signing in and can’t see jobs

This is not good! App completely crashes before each use after today’s update. Better fix this soon!

After all these years we still cannot: 1. Get notifications in app when invoices or employee time approval required 2. Still cannot code invoices

Bring back the Outage tile.

Too many glitches to count. The main one is that it doesn’t auto update . If I get new jobs added then I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it to get all of the new data. For an app that claims to be a so useful, it’s definitely not!

After opening the compass tile the app crashes , I have to delete and reinstall the app almost daily.

Last update caused our mapping sub layers to stop working. Please fix it.

Could use more improvements

Can no longer update company data, making this application completely useless. Hard to deploy a program to multiple departments that does not function for a single user.
