I am disappointed with this app as it is very slow and I am unable to watch movies properly. We pay a subscription for something we cannot fully enjoy. I urge you to upgrade the app and make it more user-friendly for overseas Filipino workers like us.
The buttons are too small, I cannot access the episodes easily and it does not full screen properly. Please make it more mobile friendly. Simplify and clean up the interface make it so when we tap on a show it opens a new screen where we can read the synopsis and view the episodes. Thanks po, I hope this gives you some ideas.
I wish there was a button to skip like 10 seconds forward or backwards. and when i watch a video the description of the movie or show is still on my screen for a long time. I love that it has a wide range of shows and movies but the way this app is designed isnt a great experience for the users
Does not have controls to many Bugs
I have a premium subscription expiring on Feb11 but my account was signed out automatically. when i was about to re log in it is saying they do not recognize my account. I cannot access my subsription. waste of money.
Took the premium so as not to have advertisement. There are no advertisements but there are a lot of intermissions in between live shows. And it takes about 5 minutes every intermission. And mind you intermissions comes almost every 10 minutes.The live show is not live anymore it is delayed. This premium is rubbish and so frustrating!
Because I am in a different time zone, I cannot watch a complete episode of its showtime. They upload very late and by the time I will be able to watch the show the following day, the episodes available are the cut version. Very disappointing, we are paying for a cut version of the show.
Unable to download app on Apple iPads x 2 says not compatible . Has updated iOS 13.3.4 on both and still won't allow download. Tried to watch on safari but won't show movie selection. Empty boxes
cannot click any show, delete and reinstall the apps still the same cannot log in, im paying premium $139 per year, not happy!!!!
The only issue I have is that shows that I’ve watched are still on my continue watch list. Is there away to take them of the list? Other from that I’m enjoying the app.
