Thought this was a good brand
Bought my nephew a gift for his birthday. Got the dispatch notification but the courier never actually received it. Did it go on the loading bay floor or was it chucked in the lorry without scanning it? Either way, a dispatch notification is meant to happen when a package is scanned onto the truck and so into the courier system and not before. (I actually write warehousing software). Went round in circles with the customer support. They then said it was passed to their courier partner (who had never received it in the first place, so why pass it over?) Still nothing a week later. No updates at all on status. Messaged them. Got a reply saying raised with courier and a replacement ordered, no sign of that so far on my account either. Will update the review with an additional star if my nephew ever receives his gift Oh and once you have an account they spam your inbox at least once a day. Also they tell you to download the app. But the app won’t let me sign in with the credentials (login via facebook ) that my order was originally bought with. App deleted again.. May add a star to the review if this is fixed
