Rather disappointing when the offer discount codes for 20% off or £25, but there’s always an error when trying to check out in your basket, but once you take the promo cards off for that discount the payment works Very disappointed that you can’t get a discount on it, even offered to you due to an error apparently .
Don’t waste your money on this app your money will get stuck they don’t send product on time and I doubt they even don’t product I haven’t received my product yet

Love the clothing and would like to make this place my regular. But sadly I can’t. I’ve being trying to register an account for a month and it’s still not working. It would be greatly appreciated if this was sorted out, thanks.
Can’t process checkout as buttons don’t work. Had to use website instead and repeat entire purchase.
Shopped with Jacamo over multiple years, always like their stuff, but app has account login bug issues! As a whole, I can only login about 50% of the time on the app. I haven’t been able to login since the beginning of February, and end up going on the website, I nearly missed a payment due to this 🫠
App is great design but can no longer sign into my account the sign in button doesn’t work please fix
