An incredible delight to one’s senses. Tres Bien!!!

I Love JL advent calendars, so I was REALLY SADDENED to find so many days’ ornaments with games instead of videos or books or recipes to go through. I gave these every year to friends and family and every year more and more beg me to stop because they don’t play games. Until this year, I didn’t get it, games had always been only an option in the main living room, but now they have taken up more than their rightful space. And they do not function as well as they did in the past. The solitaire is slow and impaired this year, the painting game doesn’t work, sadly, the bocce ball game doesn’t allow you to pull as far off the screen as the computer can, etc. Please take the games off the days and only put them in the room. It would have been so much better to put the journal entry as the ornament start.

This app is amazing! The art is so charming and all the activities were so fun and engaging! The whole Paris theme was super educational and engrossing as well! Thank you guys so much for helping me to get in the Christmas spirit! I hope we get an Italian city (preferably Rome) in the next one!

I bought this advent calendar to transport me back to my visit to Paris. It did that and so much more! I didn’t know about all of the games and videos. It was so interactive. I especially liked the Tetris-like sphere drop on day 6. very addictive! I also enjoyed looking for Santa each day. There are things people talk about in their reviews that I didn’t even see. Will be going back in to experience those tasks. I will be buying again next year.

This app has excellent games and surprises that appear every day of Advent. I look forward to it every year, and I love that the games and activities can be enjoyed all year round. I also get a copy for my college-age daughter, who loves it. We enjoy talking about the activities and sometimes even competing with each other.

And it is by far the most detailed and interactive. I started purchasing them in 2020 (the year of Covid) and have enjoyed them every year. This year brings some new games, much more detail, and lots of rich history of Paris. Please keep this a regular thing! I look forward to it every year.

I’ve loved the other Advent calendars, but this one lacks the charm. Too much busywork; not enough magic carpet.

I have been a fan of Jacquie Lawson cards for well over ten years and got their first advent calendar. I have loved the uniqueness, hidden charms and games in each one, but this year’s calendar seems to be over the top with the amount of fun and games included. Thank you!!

This advent calendar is the best yet—and I’ve bought them from the start. The variety of activities each day and the aesthetic are much better than recent ones—especially improved over last year’s—and it has a great holiday spirit. Other than a couple of games needing tweaking (especially petanque/boules), it exceeds expectations. Thanks to the developers for listening to feedback.
