It say error everytime I try to open it

The app has not work since have downloaded it since January

The app works perfectly and that’s why it’s the highest rated app in Nigeria. I just wish Jaiz to enable use of Master and Visa cards as well as online transactions. Jazakhallah Khairan!

I have a discussions with your bank branch manager in Osogbo yesterday in your bank expecting a positive response but rather an heartbroken one. I ask for loan on my mining and gas business which was declined both, I haven’t taken a loan from from your bank for more than three years have been banking with you taken less to default. Even people’s I have refers to your bank that collected loan didn’t default for once. When I open an account with your bank, it’s purposely to access a loan when times come for it to support my business in future. Is part of the bank program to give loan to customers. I was unhappy and surprised to the response I got from the customer cares and the manager yesterday.

I like the app. Works as it should. Kudos to Jaiz bank.

Please try and fix your beneficiary part of the app, most atimes it doesn’t show beneficiaries list, and 0000836483 Aliyu Ibrahim Dala, Jaiz bank is the only bank app that doesn’t use face ID to verify transfer instead of pin.

I’m unable to login despite activating it on my phone

This app seriously needs an update asap. The error message is too much and login difficulties too pls do something

My transfer limit is 500k but you restrict me to 20k It is very annoying
