App is useless
Suggested routes are all wrong, I think it’s mostly due to sponsor requirements. From RS Fatmawati to Jayakarta SP Hotel in Mangga Besar shouldn’t require you to Grab to Jurang Mangu, take the CL, transit in Tanah Abang, and then Grab again. Is simply ridiculous when you could just take the MRT added by TJ or Jaklingko afterwards which is what it should be anyways as with the name of the app, right? But no.
Payment option is also only one and the only time I’ve ever heard this app being used is in this app. It’s rather unknown in the fintech space.

Ini jauh banget sii kalau dibandingkan sama gotransit.
1. Payment pakai ovo selalu error (harus buka ovo bersamaan biar bisa ke refresh)
2. Pemilihan rute akan otomatis tapi selalu salah
3. Lemot (takes time 15 minutes for buy ticket) hfft

Saat akan membayar, kode QRIS dan pilihan pembayaran tidak muncul sama sekali. Parah

Setiap mau payment selalu ditulis saldo kurang padahal saldo masih banyak, pakai QRIS JUGA GA BISA, LOADING MULU. Kalo applikasinya suka bugs mending gausah di adain, niatnya mempermudah masuarakay jd dibikin susah.
Applikasinya juga duka bgt ngelag, tolong dong di perbaiki!
