I’m so glad Jane is back. The app still needs some work. Scrolling is not smooth. It takes several seconds to download each new item when scrolling. Some screens just won’t scroll at all then I’m looking at the same picture/item. I’ll check back later. I’m sure it will get back to the way it was - even better!

I’m so happy Jane is back. Looks like the app works exactly like it did before. Just in time for Xmas.

I’ve a lover of Jane.com! Been a fan for many years! I was super excited for the relaunch of this app and website! I have been anxiously waiting! I have not been able to download/upgrade the new app at all. It just keeps freezing and/or closing on its own. Using the website is just not the same!

Keeps saying there’s a problem reaching Jane and to try again. Unable to get into the app.

So stupid

I used to like this app it was one of my favorites now I get a message saying “Trouble Connecting We seem to be having trouble reaching Jane. Please check your internet and retry again.”

I love using this app for Christmas gifts, but now I’m getting a message that it’s not working

I love the Jane app, but recently I have not been able to log back in. It constantly tells me that the site is having problems and to retry been doing that for quite some time.

When it worked, it was amazing. But it won’t work anymore.

Why does app never work anymore. It used to be great and now it keeps saying it won’t work cause it can’t connects to WiFi. All my work fine, except this one.
