Worst customer service my withdrawal failed gold withdraw successfully money sent to the bank failed.. for 12 hrs I been asking support for jar the bot always says our agent will reach you still no one responds

Bhai log ye bilkul fraud hai isme mene mene 1000 ruppee daale the agle din isne khud meri upi ke through 1000 aur le liye apne account mein fir paise wese kuch ni badhe iske app mein gold purchase karne ka bhi aata hai waha mujhe dikhaya gaya offer m 0.1gm ka coin ₹153 mein mil raha hai mene wo le liya ₹1125 ka coin tha wo fir or paise mere isne jar app mein ₹2000 the usme se cut kar liye fir mene gusse m order cancel kar diya mujhe 918 rupee show hue or inhone jar app walo ne bola tha ki ham aapko apki original payment wapas denge fir gst bhi cut karli 918 mein se mujhe 833 rupee mile 1125 mein se or or jab mene withdrawal krne ko chala fir inhone jar app m jitne bhi the unn sab m se gst kaat li winning bhi add nahi ki gayii agar aapko trust nahi hai mere pass proof hai or m aapko saari invoice dikha sakta hu 😔 thank you 🙏🏻

This is one of the worst app for digital gold investments. The GST rate is at 3% which is bearable, but when I invested ₹12,300, and when I tried to withdraw my money next day, just to have a check the amount I would withdraw was 11,200 paying a GST of 3% on ₹12,300, which is approximately ₹339, but I can only withdraw ₹11,200. It’s next to impossible at gold price has dropped by 10% in one day, which is ₹800, so I don’t know where my money is, and when I withdraw my money, the payment was failed and my gold investments from 12,300 became 8300 because I tried to withdraw ₹3500. I’m not getting any answer for my query. This is one of the worst app. If you want to burn your money and go broke invest in Jar. I’m not getting any response from the team also, if I don’t get my money back in 24 hours, I’ll be suing the company for money laundering

I would suggest not to use this!! Better than this invest or save somewhere else where you’ll get good profits. I just started 3days back and I just invested 20rs after seeing the reviews and everything I thought of taking the money back. It is was showing wait for a while on the screen till the transaction has been made I waited for 20mins. There was no transaction that was been transferred into my account but in the jar app it has been shown it is already gone. So please would suggest you’ll check the review and then go for it. Or else use your piggy banks at home dude

Market rate of gold is 74k and they are selling at 77k + gst, wherein if you want to sell your purchased gold then the rate is 72k. From which multiverse they are getting the prices?

Its a scam be aware of it. Recently installed and invested as my friend suggested. But when time of withdrawal 50% amount deducted directly and when asked for support till now no response. In morning they said connecting to an agent and now almost 5 hours no response. Stay away from these kinda scam. People warned me about this but still i invested as one of my frn is investing in this. He didnt take out the money thats why he is unaware of such scam. Reporting also doesn't help as no one reply on mail or on whatsap.

After upgrade the Transaction history is showing incorrect please look into it. And resolve it as soon as possible.

When you purchase the price will be higher, In case if you have emergency you are forced to sell at lower price. In other words there is a 300/400 Rupees difference between buying price and selling price.
