This app needs some updates, there is an option to pay with credit card but it stuck and than when you cancel it immediately change way of payment to cash on delivery

i cancelled an order and once i said i want to cancel it hang up directly witho any professional represntation , never using the app again!

The item which I have received is not matching described pic. I tried to complain with no luck and there phone always busy. Not recommended site

Very bad customer service will never order again

A poor service. I bought an item from this online shop but when I tried the product it’s not working /defective so that I call immediately for customer care to inform about my issue and to inform them that I want a replacement for my item. I filed a complaint from their website/application but I never recieve a call from this online shop regarding about my concern. I just paid for nothing. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻. Never again.

The worst people ever.. i cant believe talking to them feels like talking to drug users. The app is stupid and confusing. COD was made up.. and dont think you gonna wait for your stuff coz it not gonna happen. Ministry of Commerce hopefully gonna change that after my call.

ان شاء الله سوف ارفع بلاغ فيكم الي وزارة التجارة لانكم غير جديري بالثقة والإلزام فبعد ان اتصلتم بي مع الوعد ثلاثة أيام وتخل المشكلة الي الان لم يتم حل اي شئ لذلك أنا اسف سوف أقوم بلاغ عنكم لانكم تبيعون أشياء لا تعمل ولا يوجد استجابة من طرفكم لحل المشكلة التي انتم السبب فيها حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

Very bad dates more than 20 days ago I ordered a product and then the sellers call me customer service He annoyed you will receive the shipment within two days and because the shipment did not arrive and tried hard to cancel the request but without interest because I did not find this feature in the application
