Jazz Business World - JBW is a self-care platform for Business Customers (Users and POCs) through which line users can perform user level activities like getting usage , package, billing details, download bill and tax certificate etc. where as POC of the company have additional access like bulk downloads (bills, tax certificate, ledger etc.), bill payments, package changes, blockings and restorations, complete base downloads, multiple hierarchies management etc. POC of any company can take financial and non-financial action on the respective company lines where as Line user is only authorized to do activities related to his own number.

App launching issue

The App keep asking to update the app whereas my app is updated to the latest version. Exact Error is mentioned below!! New version available! Kindly update your application Go to Play Store

App update?

The app opens prompting an update and there seems to be no update available. If one cancels to open existing one it just keeps on flashing the jazz logo with no progress.

New vision available glich

It's a good initiative for the business customers but app need more improvements as many times it get stuck and don't load any data just show jazz logo for loading and these is no new version or update available in app store for the app but when ever i open app it says new version available update but when i click update it takes to app store where no update is available. Please look into this and fix it.

Unable to Login

Showing No Internet Connection while internet is connected. Checked with both data and wifi connections but still error shown. Please fix it.

Pathetic service, application not going to next step
