Pathetic Application
For verification code to install jazz cash on your mobile, the code comes alphanumeric but on jazz cash app you can only put numbers. So my question is how the heck I supposed to log in in my app with the code when I can’t enter the code alphanumeric? I wish I could give zero starts for such a poor application.
Always down
Order there debit filled number of complaint still not able set a pin. There system is temporary since 1 month. Same issue when u want to deposit money via franchise.

Bank transfer
This app doesn’t allow you to transfer money from Jazz cash to Bank accounts due to a faulty in-app keyboard which doesn’t work. Complaining since last 4 months but to no avail. Extremely pathetic customer service. Veon group should be ashamed of themselves to introduce such a dysfunctional app for their Pakistani customers.
