This is one of the worst app experiences I have ever seen. Constant crashing, booking times seem to always have issues, and take 1+ months for simple fixes. I wish JC would sell all their courses in SD so someone that is competent would take them over and give us all a better experience
Been 3 months and I still can’t book resident t-times. Called and said they are working on it but does it really take this long to fix? Very frustrating.
I totally agree with one gentlemans previous assessment. You change courses on the app and you have to log in all over again.
Have you ever used an app that is so bad that it feels like it’s intentional? This is that app. I hope JC didn’t pay someone to create this, because if they did they need to get their money back. Worst UI ever, formatting is a disaster and doesn’t keep you logged in ever. Please do better JC.
Absolutely unreasonable!! Golf Club of California charged us a Full holiday rate of $85 dollars one week before Christmas, claiming they are charging holiday rates the full week before Christmas. Absolutely gouging.
Apps are meant to be time efficient and effective at automating tasks. This one is neither. You are asked to constantly login each time for each course, even though a JC member has the same login for all JC Courses. What a waste of time. And it is ineffective at returning accurate tee times with that useless clock spinning like a gyro - you are better off calling the course and talking to a human. Please improve this or stop talking about this crappy app!!
Requires you to log in OVER and OVER and OVER. Half the time it gives errors trying to book tee times.
App doesn’t work for online booking. Website doesn’t work for online booking. Even when it does work you can’t book a decent tee time before 3pm. Pointless membership with terrible service
Cumbersome to go from one course to another .The app should allow to search across with single login. Freezes often. Going through safari works better. After search you can ask 2 nd time login to book, instead of logging in for every course.
