Never use paid plan from them. They are fraud

JD MART is the worst company i have ever seen they are liars making false commitments while selling their products, when we are not required to continue the service they do not agree to stop the services and still deduct the ECS from my account , It's been two months ago to requesting to stop the services they said ok but unfortunately the same scenario.. I am seeing it, we are fed up with this company and their employees who are making fools of the public..we have a very bad experience with the JD MART

Cheated their clients like us. Fraud staff. Does fake commitment, fake leads, Rude behaviour with Abusive language. We have all the proof.. Don't go with them. Don't do any contract with them. We asked to stop the ECS but they are not doing that. Don't deserve 1star also.

They are thief will do anything to sell there packages i also got fooled by their service sales person named 'Waseem'. on 16/January/2023 today is 11/october/2023 company doesn't care about there customers at all i have not even received my refund neither my service has started basically they scammed my Company. (B.L Wires Solutions).

Very poor service Disgusting ! First they will give me offer that mam you have to pay rs 8400 + 1 month charges which is 4200 rs For this package the they said we will make your company catalogue + website and so many things but they don’t do anything after receiving payment. Even I don’t get a single client from just dial And also they said If you don’t want to continue the plan We can adjust your money (8400 rs ) for next 2 months and they give me assurance that I don’t have pay a single peny to them . But after 1 months they are saying that mam your bill is generated and you have to pay one month bill of rs 4200 . We can’t help you . And I am requesting them for a month that I don’t want to contiue this but now till date they are saying you have to pay this amount. Now they are saying if you do not pay then we will not stop your ECS Amount has been deducted from your bank account . It’s a trap ! Just dial Staff is not cooperating at alll !!! Worst experience ever !!!

Worst b2b company and service in the category. False commitment and misleading information are their tactics to capture clients. Pathetic indeed no service even for paid users. Please save money and avoid just dial.

Don’t trust on this company.First their executive come to you and ask for registration for trial by giving payment of 2-3 months .After that, they start deducting an ECS amount from your account every month and Also they don’t respond to your request for cancellation of ECS.

Worst service by Justdial, they won’t stop the deduction of amount even after complaining again and again

Never ever opted for their paid service specifically for their monthly ECS . Even on request of esc termination they will not stop it and will continue to debit from your bank account. Fraud never never trust this company
