تطبيق جميل وأعتمد عليه بشكل كامل في التنقلات وأسعاره مناسبة.

Prices are really good, captains significantly below average of other international apps, it’s is very normal to receive a call from your driver asking u to cancel, or the captain starts to make business with you outside the app. Also the fact that push marketing notifications are annoying, and the worst you can’t even control it,, neither you can ask the app owner to delete your personal data,, too much lack of privacy on this app. Also the quality of the GPS tracker is clearly below average of competitors. I still recommend using it as a local product, yet the team responsible for this app need to show improvement on technology, customer service and culture of respecting customers data (although I know this is hard to achieve in the absence of the regulators and rules to control this mess)

Ich habe mehrmals schlechte Erfahrungen mit Jeeny. Lange Wartezeiten, höhe Gebühren beim abbrechen auch wenn es von der Fahrerseite!!

تعاملت معكم شهرين يوماً مرتين-ثلاث التطبيق إنشطب وما رح أرجع أتعامل معاكم مرة ثانية.

I had a rid with a driver abd it was really bad experience Smoking inside the car very reckless driving and at the end the driver charged me more what i have to pay because hi has no change I sent a complaint and i got no answer I never Will order a rid again by this app and definitely don’t suggest anyone else to do so I prefer other app …..

I use this app everyday and it never fails. Even when I have an issue they reply on time. Their team is very helpful.
