The JEEP® app is available for JEEP® vehicles equipped with the Uconnect™ Box and suitable infotainment systems. New models are regularly being added to the list of supported vehicles. Compatible Apple Watch smartwatches can also access the JEEP® app and its basic features.

Maintenance
Always have updated information on your vehicle’s fuel or battery level, airbag, and odometer status in addition to tyre pressure. Receive Vehicle Health Alert notifications whenever a fault is detected.
Remote operations
Use the Vehicle Finder feature to locate your car anywhere. Lock and unlock the doors or flash the headlights remotely. If you have an electric or plug-in hybrid vehicle, schedule battery-charging sessions and precondition the cabin turning on the air conditioning remotely.
Connected navigation
For the vehicles equipped with the navigation system, each trip can be planned in advance via the JEEP® app. For the electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles, you can easily find the nearest public charging station and check how far you can drive with the residual battery level.
Safety & Security
Thanks to My Alert Lite you can always keep an eye on your vehicle wherever you are receiving a push notification on the app, SMS and email in case of attempted theft.

How to activate the connected services?
After purchasing your vehicle, complete the account registration on the JEEP® app or on the MyUconnect.jeep website using the same email given to the dealer during the vehicle purchase. Once you complete the activation, you will receive a confirmation email and your connected services will be ready for use!

Functionally problematic

It does the bare minimum OK: setting pre-heating on a Jeep Avenger EV, and shows charging and location. But heating can only be set for 15 minutes at a time on battery, no dog mode (pleaaaase add this!), no heated seats, it doesn’t show if heating is still on or not. Errors in setup aren’t handled or reported intuitively. Most annoyingly Face ID constantly breaks, requiring enabling it again. I have also been unable to find a way to report these to support. Jeep really should really invest in a bit more quality here. Traditional car companies really wouldn’t need to struggle with software so much.

Works ok but for example when setting up pre-air conditioning time the time display is firstly very invisible at the very bottom of the screen and after rapping it the time set functions aren’t the typical ones usually on iPhone. When one checks the notices none are displayed (the do appear on iPhone’s notice center, but not on app itself) and when looking st notice history that crashes the app. Would like to have ability in the settings to disable notices to be send as sms and via email. Now I get an email, sms and a push notification every time the battery is fully charged. iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 14.2 Edit Jan 12: Thanks for your super quick reply. I have just send you an email with more details. Looking forward hearing back from you. Edit Jan 22: I email them right away but now they just reply to me as follows: “ Please be advised that Fiat Chrysler Automobiles Finland Oy have been acquired by Italmotor - Bergé Auto Group. Therefore, please email xxxxxx for assistance.” Sounds like they don’t read full emails. Bergé group has nothing to do with app development.

A distanza di una settimana dall’acquisto l’attivazione dei servizi è sempre In corso, il numero presente su chiama un agente, è inesistente..

Premesso che con l’installazione dell’app non funziona nulla finché non attivano il profilo jeep. Poi l’app è piena di bug e di link che non funzionano. Risultato è che dopo dieci giorni ancora non riesco ad accedere alla gestione della mia auto.

L’app teoricamente sarebbe anche utile. Peccato che da qualche mese è sparita l’unica funzionalità che poteva essere interessante, ovvero la possibilità di geolocalizzazione del veicolo. Ho provato a disinstallare l’app e a installarla nuovamente ma continua a non funzionare. Ho provato anche a reimpostare la privacy dal dash della macchina (avenger mhev) senza risultati.
