After this new update the aap could not able to work properly kindly fix this as soon as possible.
I am unable to login. There is no guide to Incase you forget your username. What is the use having the app if I am unable to use it.
Was working till 6 months .. now it doesn’t reflect correct status .. Shows Driving when am parked Doesn’t reflect my travel after a certain date ..
The UX is bad. The app keeps logging me out after few days. Lack of useful features like tpms data, engine start stop, alexa, ota update of the infotainment system etc.
Jeeplife app not updating on iPhone 13 mini. Got it fixed 1 month back and again it’s the same problem recurring - it is stuck frozen at a particular location.
Registered via Facebook. Can’t login since, app shows error. Cannot re register my vin!
The app should have more details on health of the vehicle and ac start and stop can add value for the money as well . As of now the functions are very much static and with this price point along with vehicle owners do expect top notch technology as well.
Hey JEEP... Great Car, has a Great Sales team and good support so far. After buying the car, you can celebrate one more car being sold or ensure the customer becomes your evangelist. It's the small features and services that become differentiators for people to love the company beyond loving their car. And their lack can make the brand look like they don’t care. YOU MUST REDESIGN THE APP. There is enough customer feedback here only, and the effort will be greatly appreciated. Anyway.. as long as the car is built the way it is, you can get away with these things 😃 Here are some details: I have seen MG, Tesla and several other car apps. Did you do any research on this? The user experience in today’s day and age has to be frictionless. It has to seamlessly allow the user to onboard, intuitively manage their car, and book a service at a tap of a button. The colours, overall screen balance, button size, navigation, content flow and interactive parameters need improvement. Put some thought into this, please There is a lot of scope for creativity and genuinely helping customers get more from the app.
