Jibble: Control de Asistencia

Our company has been using Jibble for time tracking for a few years now, and it is awesome. While I am more familiar with the browser version, to have the app is great. It is easy to use, and especially useful when traveling and working. The UI is well designed, and the app overall is extremely intuitive. Would recommend to anyone looking to do remote time-tracking.

I needed a way for field employees to track time, and Jibble has been perfect. The app is easy to use so employees easily clock in and out from their phones, even the non-techy ones - which is VERY important. I had concerns that some employees would struggle with an app based time tracking system but it was easy to get everyone on board. The free features of Jibble met all of our needs, and the paid features will be something we definitely switch to as we grow. We tried quite a few other timesheet apps, but even their paid features didn’t match Jibble’s free ones!

I need live support to help me with issues as they come up. That is the reason for this rating. The product itself is fine.

Writing this review on behalf of my employer. We love Jibble!! It’s so easy to use and navigate. I love the feature that sends you a notification upon arrival to your workplace. I always forget to clock in so this is a life saver. Moreover, I love checking how many hours I’ve accumulated over the time period. Overall, would recommend this app to any new businesses looking for a timesheet system!

Jibble is a good app for time tracking. It has an easy to navigate home page that makes clocking in and out simple. The analytics and reporting features are helpful for keeping track of hours worked. There is still room for improvement in areas, but they have been introducing many new updates which our team is excited about. Overall, a solid tool for managing our teams.

Our office moved from an outdated time clock that was nearly impossible to access the online portal to edit and export punches. Jibble has already been a much simpler solution for us. There are a few features I would love to see like the ability to apply PTO hours by the quarter hour instead of a whole number (I.e., 8.25/8.5/8.75 hours vs. 8 hours). I also would love to be able to add holiday pay/hours for employees, but I don’t believe that’s a feature. Otherwise, so far, we really like this software!!

I've been using the Jibble app for a while now, and I absolutely love it! It's incredibly convenient for managing reporting and time off requests. Jibble does all I need for our small business. The features are user friendly. We have used Jibble for over 1 year now and there has not been one time the app has crashed or anyone had issues.

As a small non-profit, we struggled for many years with excel timesheets and manual tracking. Other offerings were too expensive or did not offer what we needed. Luckily we found Jibble. The platform allows for browser and app access, tracks time and PTO. We track sick, paid PTO, unpaid PTO, volunteer and time worked from home. Setting up was a little cumbersome, but the customer support was excellent and I should have just reached out first and would have saved time. Highly recommend.

They also have pay period tracking, so I can quickly check current hours and see if employees are getting close to overtime. Another great feature is the photo capture when employees clock in and out, which helps ensure they’re actually in the building. The app is user-friendly, accurate, and packed with helpful features.
