Please help me fix my coins issue
[21 Dec 22] Hi after 2 years I'm still playing this puzzle. Can u help me fix this latest problem . After completing the puzzle I didn't receive any coins. I keep saw it minus my coin [6th May 20]: Thank you for reply. I already told you the details of the problems. After the update, it no longer reverse our progress and coins BUT you guys drastically reduce the amount of coins after completing the puzzle. Previously after completing 1000 piece puzzle I receive 64 coins BUT AFTER THE 4TH MAY UPDATE doing 1000 piece puzzle I only receive 8 coins. No offence but it's ridiculous to do 1000 piece puzzle just for 8 coins. 64 coins to 8 coins that is a drastic reduction. Lastly, I just want to say that not everybody have the luxury of spending money on a game. [4th May 20]: post a review yesterday asking to help with the lost of game progress and coin. Later that day saw an update so I update it thinking they already fix the game and it has WORSEN. A 400 hundred piece that worth 34 coins drop to 7 coins only. Imagine doing a 1000 piece that would take so many hours only worth 8 coins. It will take a decade man to collect the coins to buy the 1990 coins of puzzle pack. I can't believe you did this just so that you can make people to use real money to buy the puzzle pack. I'm deleting this game after I'm done using the coins . [3rd May 20]: This puzzle game is me and my mom's favourite game ever but recently it has been acting up. One of the problem is that it lags a little but it's a minor problem which I can close one eye to it. However the WORST and BIGGEST problem of all is that it keep on reversing our progress and coins. For example, after finishing a 400 piece puzzle and claim 34 coins then I exit the game but later on when I reopen to play again I notice our progress is gone and so is our 34 coins. Once or twice is fine but to lose 34 coins again and again. I can't no longer ignore it anymore. I have lost hundreds of coins because of this. So please please fix this problem .
