Really impressed. Had 2 gift deliveries to 2 different places for New Years Eve but omitted info on the second delivery. Delivery man was so careful to make sure it got to the right person, polite but careful. Good job! Suggestion on App- I am not in Australia and just wanted gift of champagne / beer to family there. Had a bit of a problem putting in info on receiver other than myself. Maybe just make it a bit more gift-sender friendly. Otherwise a Shout Out for the delivery man!

PayPal doesn’t work and the chat bot is useless.

Simply cannot paste a password into the password field, that happens to be a show stopper to me

The driver delivered my order to the wrong house and said I was intoxicated resulting in a 24 hour ‘intox’ barring that couldn’t be revoked. Review your procedures and get a driver who can read a hose number .

I am so disappointed. I really do desperately wanted a to love this service but after “failure to deliver”, despite me sitting outside waiting, I can’t help but be disappointed. And now waiting another 60+ minutes from the initial delivery time, I’m wondering if it’s even worth it anymore?!

And they were unapologetic about it. What more is there to say?

Got my first Jimmy Brings today. Very quick. Friendly delivery person. Reasonable cost, considering someone is out working on bringing the delivery. Impressive.

This app is so user friendly, it has fun interactive challenges to get to know your wines with earning points! Their service is fast and probably the best little app for the wine gurus to the new starters!
