I spent almost an hour after registering waiting for the verification code that never came and when I reached out to support they didn’t do anything. Useless app and awful tech and support!

Horrible experience with Jinni Services. You book on the app in advance for a certain cost and then they decide that it will be increased a week after you book and a night before they should offer the service. Claiming that the app is there to book dates and that the ”total price” indicated is just a design on the app 😂

The worst app full of bugs and u can’t even make an order to clean

Do not recommend. I am literally doing his job for him. Lazy and incompetent. Nothing is clean!!! And their customer server is worse than their cleaners.

The company is just a ripoff.. avoid

It is miss leading because it shows different cleaners than the people who will show up at your door
