Uses too much battery even when app is in background
This app was in background for almost 9 hours and it has used my 39% of battery.

Unable to register due to failure of OTP delivery
I have downloaded the JioChat app and trying to register myself. During the registration process i gave my country code (UAE) and my mobile number to the relevant field. And It went on to the page where it ask me to enter OTP to verify the mobile number. I was waiting and didn’t receive any OTP at all. I have tried this process several times and not receiving OTP by any means. Team JIO chat - for your swift action please.
Useless apps!
Not recommended and all.
