Broken app
App won’t let you log in, password reset on the website doesn’t work for the app, and the content I paid for to use on the app is inaccessible. Attempts to contact for refund and troubleshooting went unanswered.
Would love it if it worked
App seems to have lost connectivity with the database. I can log into my account online but not through the app itself. And emailing for help? I’ve yet to hear back after two messages.
JJX has no support in app or online.
I had purchased the lapel encyclopedia from Keenan online years ago. I was told JJX is where it now lives. I can’t access it, password reset doesn’t work, when I do reset it it still says I have no access. App stole my money and even when I make a support ticket online… they never reply. Trash.
Ignored 2 requests for support
App is useless. Support is non existent. I tried to reset my password made new password then got access on the website but everytime I try to use the same password on the stupid app it says INVALID CREDENTIALS. Contacted support twice over the last yeat and a half and have NOT recived a response for the problem.

The app does not allow you to sign in.
Please fix this
Please update this and your website. I have courses on jiujitsu x and can’t even sign into the app! I made sure my login info works on jiujitsux.com and can view it there. This app is 100% locked right now. I can’t sign into it with my credentials. On the new website jiujitsux.app it’s always laggy. Slow to load. Half the time stuff doesn’t show up when you search. I love the courses they have but the website and this app have completely tanked. Terrible app right now. Don’t even bother
Garbage
App is unusable for me. Can’t even login because it says my credentials are invalid but they work on the browser. No matter how many times I reset it it still doesn’t work. Complete trash. Won’t buy an instructional from them again. Back to BJJFanatics
App won’t open
Bought something here and the app won’t load. When I attempt to open it the screen is totally white/blank and says nothing. Do better Keenan.
