Love it

I love the jobber app, it helps my business runs smoothly!

Way to Expensive and No refund Policy for absurdities

I used jobber for a couple months and I received a discounted rate then was charged $170. This is crazy and when I spoke with support they were not helpful at all. I dislike this app and you can get way more for your money using QuickBooks or Zoho. You’ve lost a customer for ever.

Perfect for Lawn Care

Been using Jobber for a full year now. I have to say it has transformed my business for the better. Literally can do 99% of my work from my phone, iPad, anything mobile. Easy for employees to use. You get what you pay for application wise. There is no other CRM out there that can do what this app does.

Amazing, regularly adds features

Jobber is regularly updating and adding features. You can rely on them to stay up to date with their competition, and be competitively priced. Once they add a sales funnel feature, I believe they will contend for the top CRM in their class.

Bedrock of our business

Our business is built around a Jobber. Our leads are funded into jabber. We use it for our entire sales process from scheduling appointments to putting together quotes to collecting deposits. . We use it to schedule our employees, told him about projects, track projects with pictures, collect invoices at the end of projects, and collect reviews from customers. We’ve been using Jobber for a couple years now and they just keep improving it as time goes on.

Excellent Software

We just finished our second year using Jobber. It is wonderful. Very user friendly. Worth the money! Just wish we could see unassigned events on the mobile app version.

worst app ever, how am i supposed to clock out, and you guys clock me back in, even after i refresh the app, and it still won’t work

Worth the investment

Been using for over a year and it’s a very useful CRM application. Simple and intuitive and have all my services, prices, and can quote, invoice and send text messages or emails to my customers on the go and call from the app. Owner operator on growth plan. Highly recommend Jobber

Almost perfect

Jobber handles so much of the heavy lifting for my company. I am an owner operator and just being able to reduce the amount of admin time to schedule, estimate, invoice and review is amazing. There are features in the app outside of those areas that still need work and the devs are constantly updating and adding features. I’d love for the task assignment side of things to be just a bit more robust and similar to most CRM platforms. I’d also love for the reporting to be more customizable.
