I feel so embarrassed
Dear Joblogic Respectfully I leave this review because I feel so embarrassed with your service, and I decided to share my experience. I did purchase 4 weeks ago your CRM software and realise that is not so flexible as initial the salesperson described it. In fact! -It is not friendly on the mobile phone version. -There are not available the basic tame-plate for a plumbers & heating engineer. -The jobs cannot completely finalize and sent the customer through the mobile phone version. As soon as I realize all that factors, I came back to the company and ask if they can help me with a template. Almost instantly I received a writing confirmation that the cost is going to exceed a few thousand pounds when I decide to cancer my subscription, they offer 50% discount on the template cost . Of course, I cannot afford this cost and I ask to cancel my subscription because the product is not much with my needs and my financial expectations. The answer was by Customer Success Manager (this is not the news you expected but Unfortunately payments will still be due, and invoices will be raised with our accounts department as stipulated in your contract this was signed for 12 months on 26/9/23.) Funny enough after a week the offer me free of charge 3 templates and 50% on 2 others I am glad I did not trust from the beginning. Of coerce respectfully I will keep paying my bills as long you are interesting only for the payment and not for the customer needs! As a professional tradesman I never did that to my customers Thank you for your time! Yiannis
