Basic: Basic Includes 10 FLOWS and you can thus help or be helped 5 times per month. (or 5 times in one day if you wish).
More FLOWS can be purchased if you have increased needs for a month, without having to upgrade your subscription. No binding. Monthly payment.

Pro: Pro includes 100 FLOWS and you can thus help or be helped 50 times per month (or 50 times in one day, if you wish) More FLOWS can be purchased if you have increased needs for a month. No binding. Monthly payment.
