Johnnie's Rewards

I have been quite frustrated with the new app. Every time I open it, it makes me log in but tells me my information is wrong. I then have to change my password via a link in my email. I don’t actually change the password but use the exact same one each time. It then lets me log in with the same credentials I used before. The next time I try to use it, I have to start the process all over again.

The new app is awful. It’s slow and clumsy. Keeps trying to force you to use thumbprint. Difficulties setting the location.

My dad always gets their Vegetable Beef Soup; I love the Theta Cheeseburger; and we split a regular order of onion rings! Always delicious every time. (Also it seems like every week they drop a new freebie into my Johnnie’s app!)

The staff is always very kind and friendly.

Half of the side options are missing from the platters and you can’t make any modifications (ex. Extra crispy onion rings)

Can’t gain rewards or order from Pauline’s through the app.

App has issues changing payments and with Apple Pay. Fails after changes are made. Seems like a caching issue.

I can’t ever get the app to work. I’d much rather just call and order over the phone!

The burgers are cooked exactly as I specify—very unusual. My husband loves the cranberry sandwich and the onion rings are fabulous as well as the chicken fried chicken. Also service is superb! Just excellent!
