I ordered 2pcs spicy chicken and 1 spaghetti but they gave me original and instead of 2 pcs chicken with separate spaghetti, they gave me 1pc chicken with spaghetti then 1 separate chicken hayyyssst so disappointing!!!

Log in works on website but not on app. You can fire your QA team

You are promoting a promo discount but for online orders only and it needs to log in first so i can avail the discount. I tried so many times to log in and even changed my password for how many times, but still i can’t log in. Seriously??? This app is kidding me!

I ordered online and it said it will be ready in 7 minutes. I got to the store within 9 minutes and my order was ready, hot and freshly prepared😊

I ordered my food for delivery but it was for pick up for some reason so I called them to cancel my order and the workers there said ok if will take 3-5 business and it’s been more than 5 days already. They won’t even pick up the phone

this morning august 26 2023 at 10am, one of crew told that their machine its not working yet and he told me i can ordder onli e but when i go online apps it dosent go through and the guy he just look at me when i asked him that i cant order online, and then he called the lady that said even online you cant order, what is that they dont know how to communicate to each other i just waste my time to download ang take order and the end i cant order????

Jollibee Eglinton Location, I just ordered chicken today and I'm disappointed because the chicken is old,it is not freshly cook, the skin is not crispy.

I ordered family pack spaghetti and palabok, how come the sauce on top was only good for a single order? The spaghetti and palabok were still so white after mixing the sauce you put on top. In the order app, it’s asking if we want to add on a sauce for $. Which I opted not too thinking that i would not need an extra anyway. For big orders like that, should you not put the right amount of sauce first before asking us to buy the EXTRA sauce? Are you selling the sauce for family sizes orders separately now?

You should have to put customization in the apps, like no sauce on the burger for kids or no salt for fries please and thanks . Overall it's good

I ordered today and expected pick up is 1:20pm Now is 1:44pm & my orders is still not ready. Very disappointing!!
