Jolly Phonics Lessons Pro

In my environment, Jolly Phonics Lessons Pro app does not produce the "oa,ue,ow,o_e,u_e,ew" sound. Is it a bug? Jolly Phonics Lessons Pro v5.0.5 iPhone 15.6.1 MacOS 11.6.8 Updated on 2022/10/11 Bug fixed in v5.0.6. thank you!

ところどころ鳴らない文字があって使いにくい。せめて音は全部でるように確認してほしい

I wanted to use print letters ,so I changed setting.But there are some problems. Sounding part There are some words but some print letter does not show up. For example, flag →×ag flower→×ower Formation part Even if I choose print letter, It shows me cursive writing. I hope this app includes story and action parts have sounds too. At least, this app will be fixed print letter's some problems. 日本人に馴染みのあるPrint letterにすると 単語がうまく表示されない単語があります。 書き順を示す所でも筆記体のように繋がって表示されます。 お話やアクションの音声も含んでいたらいいと思います。 少なくともprint letterの不具合は直してほしいです。

The content is just a list of letters to click on. No interactive at all. If I were able to mix phonic songs and create my own words to teach, then it would make sense to be “Pro”.

2台にインストールするのに1700円×2なのはちょっと残念。

Bought the app a few days back. It was working well at first but yesterday I noticed the app was silent but thought the device had its volume tuned down. Upon investigation it’s not our device. The app just has no sound coming out. £9.99 is a lot for an app that is not working. STILL NOT WORKING RIGHT. MY CHILD IS FRUSTRATED IM FRUSTRATED.

I purchased and downloaded the app on my phone and wanted to share it with my son so that he can use it on his ipad. Although family sharing is enabled, I couldn’t share the app. And there is no information regarding how to do sharing on their website

So I bought this app after it being recommended by my daughter’s school, I looked to see what iOS version was compatible, and it states 11.0 or later, my daughters has iOS version 12.5.7, but every time we open the app, the mouse appears, then the app switches itself off, it won’t work, I tried app support, but it just says page cannot be found, massively frustrating considering it’s just cost £9.99 for an app my daughter can’t use. I would have give no stars but can’t.
