There is problem with history... i need to check my travel history... then in future send receipts to email also

The google map seems to cannot find my location even i turned my location on. This situation make me cannot log into the app. I hope you can fix the problem 😊

1. I requested a ride for about half an hour until someone finally picked up and told that they were not willing to pick me up and to not call again(putting it in a more pleasant way). The thing is, my destination is about 6km from my location. 2. I had a difficulty trying to set my location. To me, it appears as a limited source of information, which should be curbed if the company plans to give a better service. I was ecstatic when I found out that my hometown has finally have an upgrade in terms of transportation but upon this experience, I believe that there are more work to be done.

Won’t let me set a password to register. Keeps saying my phone number is invalid. Can’t use..

Omg.. the app keep lacking. When I’m checking the destination/ fares.. suddenly it auto booked a cab. I act quick n cancelled it, Eventually it shut down the app itself. 😓

Salam, I'm a full stack programmer from sarawak but currently working outside of Malaysia. Kudos for being the first e-hailing service developed by sarawakian company. But here are three things from my 10mins of experience going through your app. 1. I believe the google geolocation service is a bit slow for your app, especially on the location tracking. Kindly advise your programmer to perform beta test before putting the app in store. 2. I got a notification email from a gmail email. That is not supposed to happend pok, you have the domain with SSL (Wild guess you're using let's encrypt and auto renew the SSL for 3 months because you're using digital ocean), please invest in setting up your own in house server, 8-10k is enough to setup a decent server. 3. You offer services as a business to the consumer, but you didn't even invest in apple developer plan for business? It's even registered as a personal name. Please take my comments positively, I hope you app v2 will have lots of improvement. I might not be coming back to Sarawak as I have migrated, but I have a sarawakian friend who are currently doing the same e-hailing app, but guess your app release was faster than him. Try to check this guy out, he's doing Borneo Ride (the name of the app), and his company sells ERP system. If I'm not mistaken, the name is serojatech or haztech. Congrats dear Sarawakian
