JomRun – Let’s Run

It was a pleasant and enjoyable 3km run, and look forward to more 3km fun runs like this in the future events.

It has a lot of run/marathon event, however its feature of browsing, filter and sort doest work at all so need to browse all the event one by one

Simplify the damn page… no submit button and super buggy cannot even scroll to the bottom of the form at the payment confirmation form as it hides the form when you try to scroll down further

I attempted to sign up for the event but unfortunately was unable to. An error code, specifically 500, appeared on the screen. This has caused a significant amount of frustration as I was really looking forward to participating in this event.

What had happen to the app? Suddenly error code 500?

i got problem with my entitlement that i didnt receive for palestine run event that already finish 15 dec which i suppose should receive my medal and jersey but didnt get it,i already contact all platform which getting no reply from tiktok,all email ,instagram .

Management good. But a little bit punctuality for events. Refreshment just a slice of apollo cake and no sugar drink. Overall. Good

As an attendee of the Garfield Run event held last Saturday in Johor Bahru, I would like to express my extreme disappointment with the overall experience. The event was advertised as a 10km open road run, but to our dismay, we ended up running only 5.5km within the confines of the mall car park. The organizers failed to inform us about this unexpected route change, leaving us feeling deceived and frustrated. . I strongly advise potential participants to exercise caution before considering any future events organized by this company. Please be aware of the discrepancies and issues we encountered during the Garfield Run. For a more accurate reflection of participants' experiences, I recommend reading the reviews on the JOM RUN app, as it appears that negative comments have been deleted from the event's Facebook and Instagram pages. . It is not only the responsibility of the organizers to address these concerns; the official sponsorship or collaboration partners involved should also take note of the negative impact on their own reputations. As reputable partners, it is essential for them to carefully consider the credibility and organization of the events they associate their names with. Aligning themselves with a poorly organized event reflects poorly on their own reputation. . We sincerely hope that the event organizer and their collaboration partners take immediate action to rectify these issues and prevent similar disappointments in the future. Participants invest their time, effort, and money with the expectation of a well-organized and fulfilling experience. Open communication, transparency, and accountability are essential to regain trust and maintain a positive reputation.

I’ve been submitting my steps result using apple health/garmin apps as set in the profile but the result takes too longgg to approve. Some of my results in last few still yet not approve, why? My ranking is at the lowest because of the pending results. I am soo annoyed and frustrated. You give us choices for our linked apps counter but you didn’t approve the results we got from the app’s counter 🤬
