Easy to use and very helpful

I really needed to charge my phone while visiting Dublin- it helped me make the most of my trip. Although I forgot it was in my bag when I boarded the train home! So I paid €32 , if I was doing it again I’d put an alarm on my phone to remind me to return it before leaving the city! But I’ll use it again I’m sure.

I had an awful experience with Joos power bank chargers at the Arndale. None of the chargers I tried were working, but they still took my money! The machines don’t seem to be maintained properly, and there’s no clear way to get a refund. Completely unreliable and a waste of time and money. Avoid at all costs!

Great service would use again

Terrible! I returned the power bank and I was charged as if it hadn’t been returned. Talk via chat on the app and was told it hadn’t been returned. Only way I was told to prove it was to go back into town and take a picture of which slot I put in!! Went back into town, stressing that I was now going to be charged and took a pic…then the chat person said. Yes I can see it’s been returned!!! What the hell. Won’t be using this service again. Now I have to calm myself with a coffee and massive doughnut

No good Next time I can’t join to plan, because I return the battery for last two day, the app have pay £30. Why?

Easy to use

JOOS came in handy when I needed it most at Charing Cross Hospital A&E waiting room in Fulham. A very useful service, easy instructions to follow on the screen and managed to pay by card and charge my phone whilst I was caught waiting far longer than expected! Thanks Joos!
