In this day and ages fax app that can't access documents in all of the locations that you might store them, for instance Dropbox, is useless so unless you only store documents in Apple's iCloud, you're up the creek. Also, a facility to send a brief fax straight from the application simply by inputting text rather than importing a document (which you can't do from anywhere other than iCloud) would have been a sensible inclusion.
Even in this day and age some times a fax is the only solution. This tool makes it simply - take a photo and send as a fax. The only advice I have is that faxes do cost about $1 per page.
I wish I'd know about this sooner. It's great that you can send a fax from your iPhone as if it's coming from your office. Although hardly anyone uses faxes these days, for me as a lawyer who has to deal with UK Lenders it's invaluable as Lenders haven't caught on and still use faxes!
I have jotnot and this app. This app makes you think that transferring the file into the fax is really easy, however it is not. I have spent the last half hour trying to transfer files from jot not, a sister app, and it has not been possible. I have also spent £2.99 in the credits and I've been unable to achieve anything. I am now here 45 minutes later, time I'll never get back and still no fax. don't waste your time Rubbish app!
Great for "scanning" documents & viewing PDFs on your iPhone.
I bought the credit but I could not use it. It seems only support US fax numbers. Just be aware of that if you are outside US or you want to send outside US.

Thank you so much for coming up with this app. In 2019 I was home with a broken leg and spent 8 months faxing my paperwork to OWCP. They received every fax with no problem. Recently I have faxed FMLA paperwork to HR, and the received them. Awesome. Thanks for saving me trips to a store to fax. I recommend this app.
Can't get fax and paid for subscription
I downloaded the app in 2018. I purchased $20 in fax credits the same year. I send faxes as often as I change houses so two years later when I needed the app, it wouldn’t let me log in. I contacted developer and was told to reestablish the account I’d have to add more money despite having remaining credit. I did this for $10. Fast forward to the present and again the app will not let me in. Their web site says this can happen if you change phones, which I did but the web site solution isn’t working. I contacted the developer through email, the app and social media. Zero replies from any of them in a week. Pay this developer at your own risk.
