Can’t make online payments.. Choppy and useless app existing just for the sake..

Issue not fixed for years??? OMG Issues mentioned in 2023 is not fixed in 2024 as well.

Worst app, cannot make payments for easy gold. The rich jewellers should spend more money and give to good developers This app shouldn’t be on play store

Hi Team, When we select payment option as card and give all the details then it will redirect to blank white page and payment is not successful. I have being seen this issue for months. Please fix that first Regards Krishna

Don’t know how playstore approved this app, payment keeps crashing Worst experience

They have just made website into app, I’m not able to make any payment. It’s just saying do not refresh while processing, but goes nowhere for five minutes. After several tries it went to adding card, After adding the card, The page went blank. So I close the app and re-open it It is asking me to login again and the process continues. I’ve been in that app for 20 minutes still not able to pay. I am using Tanishq app, it is far better far far better. Please do not skimp money on building a good app. Give to a proper app developer and develop a good app.
