It’s very hard to figure out how to sell shares. And I can’t seem to cancel any orders either, looked everywhere. To add insult to injury they have crazy fees 100$+ per transaction. I am trying to contact via email and no reply. I try to call and it just rings forever. So unprofessional not sure why my company chose this garbage provider.

Since two months ago I am trying to make a sale process but always in the last step of the process an error message appears please fix the problem ASAP
