worst service ever, delivery guys r so rude and always late, giving someone else to deliver my order, delaying and ignoring customers, if your not responsible enough then dont work this job, “contact us” n when u do the number is out of service, get a grip

One of the worst disgusting company. They can just come and steal your packages without notifying the sender. So it is fcked up, I lost my 80$ item to return, but no happening.

This company staff not good Mostly pakistani they didn’t deliver on time and ignored ours order and posepond delivery date every time even don’t care about costumers

تعامل سيئ جدا وعدم مصداقية في التوصيل اضافة الى ذلك عدم تحديد الوقت الذي يكون فيه المندوب موجود ، والمندوب اسمه محمد زمان لم يوفق ولم يتعاون بطريقة جيدة وللاسف اكملنا الان اسبوع ولم نستلم الطلب لان المندوب غير متعاون وفي كل مرة ياتي ولا نجده ..

Very bad company no any responsibility u will not get your delivery on time even customer care also lies all drivers lies and no responsibility fake update i have seen like this company first time in my life

The driver is so RUDE, i even sent him the exact location and picture of the villa entrance and ask him to bring my order front of my door due to sickness, When he arrived he said to me to go down and collect my parcel. Many time I told him to bring front of my door due that I cannot able to go outside because of my asthma. He refused and said he will leave if I will not collect to him. Very rude and reschedule my delivery without my confirmation.

Bad service delivery man not good my 3rd time not good

I am very disappointed in the service with this company. My package was left outside the main gate to my villa. I spoke to the delivery driver and told him to leave it at my door. I even sent a picture of my villa and flat number. He send me a picture with my package outside where anyone walking could just walk by and pick it up. I will NEVER use or recommend this company to anyone. Horrible service!
