JT2Go Web is developed by Siemens Digital Industries Software for viewing 3D JT files on mobile platforms. It allows users to navigate and interrogate engineering or architectural 3D JT models using modern application interface techniques. JT2Go Mobile defines a new paradigm for viewing and manipulating 3D JT files on handheld touch screen devices. 3D JT files can be generated from virtually all the leading CAD/CAM/CAE tools available to industry today. The JT format was defined by Siemens Digital Industry Software. Users of JT data can share experiences by joining the JT Open Program, an industry group formed by Siemens to support and extend JT’s use by industry. The JT file format specification was adopted by ISO as an international standard in 2012 and is available from ISO as IS 14306:2012. The JT file format specification is published free of charge by Siemens PLM and is available from www.jtopen.com.

- Session based cross section and markup features
- Review assembly structure and part properties
- Live camera background feature.
- Includes Five sample JT files of assemblies with PMI
Note: JT files larger than 20Mgb will affect performance.

LATEST RELEASE ISSUE!
Ever since the latest IPhone update I can’t open JT files with this APP. There is no option to use JT2GO to open JT files? What the heck
Half-baked like most Siemens offerings
No clue how to open a file. Tapping the load button takes user to some inbox. How do I get files to this inbox? Instructions on website are worthless.

Can not open JT files after Update
After the latest update I lost the ability to open up JT files from other apps such as Box, and Google Drive. This functionality needs to be added back asap otherwise this app is not very usable. This is extremely frustrating since this app worked great before
crashes -- due to large file?
I have a .jt file I have viewed in Parallels on a Mac. Seeing this app, I was hoping to view the file on my iPhone and iPad. It was easy to load (on my iPhone), but... it appears that my .jt file crashed the app. My file was just over 500 MB. (Was it too big?) I would have preferred to email Siemens directly, but I couldn't easily find a place to report a bug on their website. 1) Apps should never crash -- this is a serious bug. 2) If there are limitations, they should be made clear. 3) Web sites associated with an app need to support bug reporting. I give it an ok rating because I haven't tried low-stress examples -- and perhaps we are only a bug fix from having it work.

…eine Zumutung. Geht nix. Und vor allem SIEMENS interessiert das nicht. 1.5 Sterne Bewertung seid 7 Jahren. Warum fixen? Lassen wir die App wie Müll einfach auf dem Boden liegen 😂 👍
App and IOS 13
Unfortunately the App cannot load JT parts from email since IOS 13.
Was soll das? Es können keine Daten importiert/ geladen werden!
Früher konnte man sich einen JT-File per Mail schicken und dann öffnen. Das geht jetzt seit geraumer Zeit nicht mehr. Die App ist damit sinnlos und vollkommen unbrauchbar. @Siemens: Eine Firma, die sich in der Welt der Digitalisierung beweisen will, schafft es über Jahre nicht, diese App zu aktualisieren! Regiert dort das Krämerseelendenken oder ist diese Fa. einfach zu doof dazu? Auf jeden Fall ist das extrem peinlich!!! ... so wird das nichts Herr Neike :-(
Kein öffnen von Dateien möglich
Nachdem der .sev viewer jetzt nutzlos geworden ist weil keinUpdate auf 64 bit kommt kannman mit dem jt viewer keine Dateien mehr öffnen. Muss ich jetzt auf eine Drittlösung zurück greifen?
