I watch it every day a lol day and night for at least 18 hrs a day and enjoy it so much. However sometimes it’s appalling when I see I see how much money I have spent in each month!

I love JTV, and the app is great but it really needs more frequent maintenance! It gets really buggy, signs me out of my account at random, freezes and slows down when I’m using the search feature, and overall needs to have bug fixes a lot more often than three years ago :(

I really wish a program or time to latin audience.. in spanish.

I love my JTV APP! Quite simply, I phoned JTV and asked the operator to please put me on a WAITING LIST for a bracelet I liked in size 7. She said they did not have a waiting list for this bracelet, and only had size 8 available. I reluctantly gave up. Next day at my girlfriends house, while scrolling thru bracelets on my JTV APP, I suddenly saw my favorite bracelet and big red letters that said “…Add to WAIT LIST for this item…” So I did!! I was euphoric! Told my girlfriend! She and I were both thrilled! Is this GREAT OR WHAT?

All the jewelry is magnificent, the selection is exceptional and the prices are so reasonable.

I just started watching JTV. I can’t believe the prices. I have bought tanzanite in the past but at much higher prices. The shows are fun to watch.

I have been shopping at jtv for 11 + years. Adore watching the hosts describe the jewelry. Have learned so much and managed to put together an awesome collection of very fine jewelry pieces. The customer service reps have always been kind and accommodating. Their return policy is invaluable when buying sight unseen. Love their website and the accuracy of their computer system. They never make a mistake. Overall, I have had consistent good luck with the products, the shipping, the returns, the education, the entertainment, and the human interaction with the service reps. It’s my happy place when the world gets crazy and I need comfort.

I love love my Judith Ripka jewelry!!! I am watching now to see what to add to my collection! I do open a heart ring that I ended up ordering one for each one of my sisters in remembrance of my mother she was a Valentine baby and her name was Valentina .
