BUYER BEWARE! Jumia, where is my freezer?? Since the 29th of November, I haven’t received my package of over 300k! Deliver my freezer or process my refund. I CANNOT continue waiting for your lousy delivery service.

Honestly I have had the worst experience with Jumia this period. I ordered something 2 weeks ago and I was told it’ll be arriving 11th December latest. I didn’t get it so I reached out. I was told it’ll arrive on Saturday and it didn’t. I reached out again and I was told it’ll arrive today. I got a mail and that gave me rest of mind . I kept calling the number attached to the mail because I was told that is who’ll be delivering my package. After calling close to 30 times without a response. I got this annoying message from Jumia saying I wasn’t available making it seem like I was the one at fault This is soo bad and the worst experience I’ve ever had with any delivery platform
