The Crossrope app is the best way to get fit jumping rope. We have hundreds of quick and effective guided jump rope and bodyweight workouts designed by the Crossrope Athletes utilizing our weighted Crossrope jump ropes.
If you have AMP, our Bluetooth-connected jump rope handles, the Crossrope app counts your jumps in workouts with Personalized Jump Targets and enables Free Jump and Benchmarks.
We release new workouts every week and new fitness challenges regularly. Our library of individual workouts and fitness programs has workouts to help you achieve your personal fitness goals, whether that’s burning fat, getting stronger, or increasing your endurance.

Do I need a Crossrope set to use the app?
The workouts are optimized for the AMP and the Crossrope weighted ropes, though if you have other Crossrope handles or another jump rope available, you can still follow along.

Do I need any other equipment to do these workouts?
No. All you need is your jump rope set, this app, and enough space to jump (no gym required).
What do the workouts look like?
Crossrope workouts are built around different combinations of jump rope and bodyweight exercises to help you burn calories, build strength, and improve endurance. Workouts range from 5 to 60 minutes.

Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. My daughter uses it to warm up for her training. New workouts come out every week and are free to try, so there’s always free new content. It’s pretty basic and easy to use. I’m not purchasing a paid version because workouts lack variety and creative approach for my taste, but for kids it’s great!

I weigh 70kg before I started jump roping. At start, I didn’t know much and so I just jump like a kid normally do. Then I thought of searching for an app and I came across Crossrope. Their tutorials are helpful. And their workouts and challenges really helped me with my fitness journey. Together with proper diet, I was able to loose 7kg in about 4-5months. Others maybe able to do it faster. But what I like most about Crossrope is that it lets me workout even on my own. And I don’t have to think of what I need to do next because they have the workout laid out for me. Thank you so much for this wonderful app!

The beginner challenge in the app helped me in starting my jumping rope journey. Definitely recommended for beginners like me! Would definitely love to try the premium challenges and workouts but it’s a bit pricey for me.

The 3 second count down

I have had other apps that allow me to do HIIT. But since I started doing jump ripes. I find it amazing there is a 3 second count down timer as the current activity ends. This makes this app superior to the others.
