Even authorization doesn’t work 😅

When even google auth isn’t working in the app - there is no chance that developers able to build something stable and useful, really 😂

Broken App. Horrible Customer Service

There’s a bug in this app that prevents the user from accessing “account settings” to sign out. I reached out to JumpSpeak for support and after repeating myself several times, their only response was a pre-packaged instruction to “Sign out of your current session.” Me: “I cannot sign out” —- JumpSpeak: “Sign out of your current session.” —— Me: “The app is missing account settings. There is no option on the app to sign out.” —— JumpSpeak: “Sign out of your current session.” ——- Me: “I cannot sign out. The app is broken.” JumpSpeak: “Sign out of your current session.” —— Me: “I’m done. Please provide a full refund.” Hopefully they give me my money back.

This app is a total waste of time. Half the time it did not work and you have to keep updating since they seem to release it before they really knew how to make it work. I just got changed again after trying to let they know I would not want to renew. No respond. Just a terrible experience.

Responsive service

I contacted JumpSpeak after trying unsuccessfully to use the app on my iPad and iPhone. At first I was told it would not work, but then a solution was suggested - log out of the iPad app and then log into the app on iPhone. Then another issue presented itself. My logon was not working! After all my possible emails were ruled out, I shared the receipt of the app purchase. The support desk then resolved the issue immediately! At last sweet success. I have to say the support team never gave up and that was the key to our success.

Doesn’t work as advertised and they do not respect the full refund. Do not use

innovative app for learning languages

I recently downloaded this app and have enjoyed using it so far. The innovative talking features have allowed me to learn spanish at a much quicker pace and work on my pronunciation skills. The simple yet intricate layout makes for a very easy app to navigate. I’ve enjoyed it and look forward to upgrading to the premium version.

Disappointed

Was hoping for a better version of Talkpal where I would get feedback from AI conversations. Instead has guided conversations where it tells you what to say. Not 100% useless but not as good as other apps. Feel scammed. Should not have paid for this.

Good but Needs improvement.

Cons- I actually hate the AI portion. It’s not accurate at all with what I am saying. Therefore I don’t use it. Also, as an entry level voice over actor myself, the voice overs they have on the Latin American Spanish side is hit and miss. Some were obvious professional actors. Others, recorded the lines I am learning or listening to on an iPhone or worse. Not good quality. Pros- actually the best Spanish learning app I have ever used and I have used a few different language apps/software over the years. I feel having this app as part of your tool box to learn from is a must. Personally, I use multiple language learning tools (app, online, YouTube, downloaded work sheets, etc) and this is my favorite so far. The others I am using to supplement for theory and verb conjugation exercises. So if they can just pay a little extra and get more sound studio quality actors on the VO side, this may be an all out winner. Oh- and better AI if they want to push that as they do in their ads.
