Just Between Us

We love the games, conversation prompts and the messaging feature especially when one of us is traveling for an extended time. The prompts help us to reconnect much easier.

Fun to have a way to keep in touch when my husband travels. And yet the kids can’t see anything!

It’s been very useful for our marriage, after trying to covertly text each other and worrying that our kids would see. The app is useful, but definitely glitchy. Sometimes messages do not send and get lost. Sometimes the app notifies us of new messages and sometimes it doesn’t.

Great idea but the app doesn’t work properly, some photos take forever to load and forget trying to load a video unless you’re in an area that has 5 bars constantly the chances of them sending are slim and none. When I first got the app I forgot my password sent the password reset multiple times and also emailed customer support and nothing. Who knows if the app is secure as they say I guess if you see your photos or videos for sale on eBay you’ll find out. We were really hoping this was going to be the answer for what we were looking for.

This is a great app! Would totally recommend it to those who are looking for privacy 😊. Sometimes the messages don’t come threw but most of the time it works just fine. Enjoy!!!

My wife and I used Couple when u would deploy, now that my wife is on a deployment we needed an app to chat. We were sad to find out couple was shut down in 2016. We decided on this app. I purchased the lifetime membership, which was a pain as the screen kept auto scrolling to the top. That should have been my first sign to jump ship. While trying to send multiple pictures from my camera roll it won’t allow it, you have to do it one by one. It’s clunky and annoying for an app in 2023. You can save pictures from the chat, but I cannot figure out how to save videos.That’s annoyance #3. Also yesterday’s chat has disappeared, though I have the lifetime membership and thought that it saves indefinitely. And lastly, if you scroll up and your partner starts sending you a message it auto scrolls you to the bottom. It works for not but this app needs a major overhaul with functionality improvements for ease of use to be a player in the couples chat app game.

This app is great. My husband and I enjoy sending messages to each other privately, without worrying about the kids coming across them.

I would love this app if it wasn’t so glitchy. It takes forever for stuff to send and even after it does go through the content only works for the other person like 40% of the time. If those issues were fixed, I’d give it 5 stars.

I love having an app to use between my wife and I. The free version doesn’t allow video and has ads throughout your texts.

My husband and I love this app—when it works. At least once a day, we have issues with it not opening, loading the chat, etc. We’ve uninstalled and reinstalled countless times, but that doesn’t help. If the developers could get the bugs fixed, I would happily recommend this app to my friends.
