Заказали еду из ресторана через это приложение. Очень ждали, голодные были целый день, поэтому ждали курьера на улице. Курьер не подъехал, мало того, что даже не позвонил нам. Просто оформил, что заказ мы получили и все. Обращались в поддержку, там сказали, что мы не вышли на связь и ни деньги, ни еды нам никто не вернет. НИКОГДА НЕ ПОЛЬЗУЙТЕСЬ ЭТОЙ ДОСТАВКОЙ!!!!

They didn’t deliver the food but marked as delivered.
The courier number doesn’t work either.
I went outside to meet the courier, no courier there. Support is very rude, and said that it is my problem and there will be no refund!!!

The worst delivery service that I’ve ever seen, I’m serious
Your application IS NOT user friendly at all (I want to see that I can order, not read and hoping that there will be order that I expected)
And I think you have some troubles in logistic operations (not with courier - they are great, but with assignments to order)
It’s the third time then I do an order and it’s delay for 1.5 hours again
I have plans and so on, but JustEat doesn’t care about it
They just add more time in the timer of delivery in app. If I’ve known that I would be waiting so much time, I don’t need this order
Why you recommend me to order food from restaurant and you could not find a courier for delivering it?
Why you don’t have a comfortable support chat there I can write a question or cancel the order which I’m waiting 1.5 hours?
So this is the end, I don’t want to use it anymore
Very disappointing
My first order via this app wasn’t delivered. I’ve been waiting for it for several hours. Later customer service said they did a refund and I would receive money in 2 days, but I didn’t receive a refund. No help from the support team, they just did nothing

Very disappointing customer support
Just made my first purchase via the app, ordered from McDonald’s. Order was placed 2 twice, and I got the notification about the second one being already with a driver, and no way to cancel. Customer support gave no help, just said they won’t do anything, and that’s what they think is a good first experience. Awful.
Fraud service
Ordered some breakfast once in the morning and got no delivery. Okay, contacted support, they are “investigating”. Ordered second time, same story! In the end I spent 18£ and got nothing. They just took my money.

Fehlende Bilder
Das Interface könnte benutzerfreundlicher gestaltet sein - kriegt aber einen pass
Aber ihr könntet größere Bilder neben die Gerichte machen. Wenn welche vorhanden sind, was recht selten der Fall, dann sind die leider nicht gut erkennbar.
Ihr könntet auch anstatt der Listenanzeige, um die Gerichtsorten aufzulisten, eine übersichtlichere Darstellungsweise wählen. Möglicherweise in Form von einer übergeordneten oberen Zeile mit den gerichtsorten die eine slide Funktion hat, worunter die einzelnen Gerichte aufgezählt sind. Siehe MJAM, die haben ein sehr benutzerfreundliches Interface (auch wenn nicht mehr so wie vor noch einem Jahr. Sad Times)
No customer service
Ordered food and it was never delivered so I contacted the customer service - they have never replied, so I had to contact my bank to get a full refund.
Use Uber Eats and don’t waste your money.
