Just Salad

The app is glitchy and not user friendly. It closed while I was ordering and then when I had to reorder I needed to delete one item. It didn’t let me do that so I had to put the whole order in again. Food…good App…sucks

Useless customer service. Each time they screw up an order there are zero human beings to contact. I had to walk to the store myself when they failed to deliver the drink and soup I ordered - which they of course still charged me for. And that has not been the only time that has happened.

Even when they mess up the order they fix it.

My salad was really good except I was disappointed that I paid for chicken and they forgot to put the chicken in there :(

Constant have to re login & refresh after adding a payment method

This app keep on loading i dont know what. Keep loading at checkout, even if i have payment added. Not a very user friendly app

there are a lot of salad places out there, but very few have such a great vibe. everyone i have encountered is friendly and helpful (even with the occasional order snafu).

The app is very straight forward but some promos would be nice

This place is great for a healthy fast food option. Love the rotating menu with seasonal specialties. Always fresh. Always delicious.

I really enjoyed all the healthy options available at Just Salads. Manny and his staff are super friendly and attentive. I purchased the reusable bowl because I plan to visit several times a week. Just Salad is my new go to spot!
