I’m totally sold!
First time user of the app. I’m totally floored at how helpful my Expert Tech worked with me, and how he helped us fix our 2013 Jeep Wrangler via text. There’s no commercial in my future or incentive for giving a good review….other than Chong deserves a 10 out of 10 Stars. 💪💪
Excellent answers from experts.
Have had questions answered involving several different areas such as legal, accounting, real estate, etc. All were answered timely by experts in in the particular areas involved. Prices were reasonable. Give them a try. Think you will be pleasantly surprised with the experience. Answered in great detail with all concerns addressed. Am extremely pleased with response both in timeliness and content.
Disappointing
When I first found this app it was great. I’m getting ready to move, downsizing & getting rid of a lot of stuff. I asked & got answers to maybe 3 or 4 questions on items so I agreed & set up the subscription. After that it all changed. I asked 1 question & was told I’d reached my limit. ONE QUESTION FOR THE SECOND MONTH WAS ALL I ALLOWED. So disappointing. $30 for one question a month. I feel like I’ve been scammed.
Glitches
Was able to talk to a tech, but someone else popped into my chat. It was very confusing and I was not happy about it. I wasn’t able to find an answer due to this other person making the tech mad and confused!

Excellent knowledge
My 6 1/2 month old bullmastiff broke his nail completely off the quick. The veterinarian got back to me ASAP and was extremely courteous and professional and caring. I highly recommend this app. It is a life saver. This is my second time contacting them for help within two months and I was extremely satisfied both times!

Very informative
I’ve honestly used this app almost daily while I’ve been going through custody court issues alone. I’ve found a few attorneys that I’ve really liked how detailed they get with their response, o e only used the legal portion so I cannot speak on the other topics.
