iPad inconsistent with the app.

I’ve been a member with Just Fab for a long time and this app is just awful. It runs very slowly, I often have to close it down and restart it, I’ve been trying to order some things for months now & there’s a constant error message. It’s forgotten some delivery information which is suspicious. If I didn’t have so many credits, that I’ve already paid for, I would be finished with this company for life.

This app is awful, forever glitching. Nothing loads and always have screens showing “app ran into a problem” i have deleted the app and reinstalled several times. I check for updates regularly. I have now set a reminder to cancelled the monthly fee as the clothes are never in stock and are very overpriced.

A few years ago they were lots of choices and styles. Quality was good now just seems like nothing good. it’s been quite a while I just don’t know what to order anymore everything I’m interested in, I can’t find anything. They use to have nice shoes and boots bags etc, disappointed very very disappointed and sad. I used to love this app. But now I don't know anymore😞😭😢

We are appalled with this app. Absolute frauds. We are having to battle to get money back from them as my 12 year old daughter ordered something and then unwittingly got signed up to a subscription service. My daughter cancelled then they continued to take money from us. We had to get involved as parents and phoned up Customer Services to check there was no subscription. They confirmed this over the phone but then started to take money again. 6 months later they are back on trying to take money from her account. We have written to them but no response and now have to put a block on her bank account to stop these crooks taking money. I am so angry that this kind of business model is allowed. They should be shut down immediately.

Why is it so hard to register, does your website not recognise zip codes the same as post codes??

After my last update the app has stopped working

The app has too many bugs for me. Slow to load and when filtering, always provides errors. Only positive for me is the ease of skipping when needed instead of going to website.

Why no let me put my zip code but when I did write its wrong

I don’t usually write reviews but this is important !! Don’t give out your account details they will charge your account every week for around £45, luckily with my account I noticed and transfer money to my other banks. You can’t even delete your account details. Download at your own risk.
