JFN would never complete my order even though I purchased from them before

I’m not rating the app but rather this business. Cheap merchandise shipped straight from China. Initiating a return & refund is met with phone calls straight from Shanghai and multiple “discounts” offers on future orders that you have to refuse to finally get to how to return the merchandise. Also, placing an order with these people results in your email being spammed multiple times a day despite numerous requests to be unsubscribed. I will never do business with this company ever again.

I had a very wonderful experience in JFN. The fact that I receive discounts every time I make a purchase and the whole shopping experience has been awesome are what most impresses me. Although they have great delivery services, it took them a while to deliver around the holidays in December. However, overall impression Excellent

easy to track orders, totally satisfied.

I ordered a black dress and it didn’t look anything like the picture when it came in. The material was terrible. No where did it say that this was coming from China. When I took it to the Post Office to get my refund the shipping was going to cost me more than the dress so I took it and trashed it because that was all it was worth. Buyer beware. You won’t be happy and then you won’t get your money back.

I was excited to purchase items from JFN. When the clothes came, nothing fit correctly. Some were to big and some were too small. One item just didn’t lay right, it looked twisted. A dress was made with material so thin that it actually had holes throughout the fabric. Very cheap! I called for return information and was told that I could keep all items at a 15% discount. These clothes were not worth keeping at a 95% discount! After I insisted that they needed to be returned, I was given their “pitch”. In order to return, you must pay all postage to China and pay to get the return items into the country. These costs exceeded the cost of the clothes purchased. I was told that I should have read their return policy. I don’t even remember seeing one. Don’t waste your money!! No stars for you!
